Cancellation Policy

At Inclusv Hair, we respect your time and ours, which is why we have a 60% deposit requirement for all bookings. This deposit secures your appointment and ensures we can dedicate the right resources to giving you the best possible experience.

Your deposit is not an extra charge—it’s simply deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment. However, it is non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This allows us time to offer your appointment to another client. If you provide the required notice, your deposit will be transferred to your next booking.

Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. While we always strive to be understanding, last-minute cancellations affect our small business and other clients who may have been waiting for an appointment. We kindly ask that you contact us at as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Adjustment Period Policy

At Inclusv Hair, we want you to love your hair. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your style, we encourage you to contact us within two weeks of your appointment to discuss your concerns. Simply give us a call—we’re happy to help and will offer complimentary adjustments with your original stylist where needed.

While we do not offer refunds, our priority is ensuring you leave our salon feeling confident and amazing. Our team is always here to support you, providing expert hair care and an experience that exceeds expectations.

Changing Your Appointment

Still loving your colour or cut and thinking about switching up your appointment? We love that! But please let us know before your scheduled time.

Our stylists allocate specific time slots for each service, and last-minute changes can impact our schedule. If a service is dropped on the day of your appointment without prior notice, your deposit plus an additional $100 fee will be added to your invoice. This ensures fairness and allows us to continue running on time for all clients.
